Caleb's Training Course Attendance Policy

  1. Purpose

This policy establishes attendance requirements for participants attending training programmes facilitated by Caleb’s Training & Development Consultants.

  1. Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions.

For accredited programmes:

  • Attendance may be mandatory for certification.
  • Learners may be required to achieve minimum attendance thresholds determined by applicable accreditation bodies.
  1. Punctuality

Participants should arrive on time for all sessions.

Repeated late arrivals may affect course completion requirements.

  1. Absences

Where possible, participants should notify Caleb’s in advance of any absence.

Absences may result in:

  • Missed assessments
  • Delayed certification
  • Additional catch-up requirements
  1. Assessments

Participants must complete required assessments, practical activities, assignments, and workplace components where applicable.

  1. Certification

Certificates may only be issued when:

  • Attendance requirements have been met;
  • Assessments have been successfully completed; and
  • Any outstanding fees have been paid.
  1. Learner Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat facilitators and fellow learners respectfully.
  • Maintain professional behaviour.
  • Follow venue health and safety requirements.
  • Refrain from disruptive conduct.

Caleb’s reserves the right to remove participants who engage in misconduct.

  1. Health & Safety

Participants must comply with all applicable health and safety requirements at training venues and workplaces.

  1. Online Learning Requirements

For virtual training sessions, participants are responsible for:

  • Access to suitable internet connectivity.
  • Appropriate devices.
  • Maintaining professional conduct during online sessions.
