By accessing our website, registering for a course, engaging our services, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Caleb’s Training & Development Consultants provides professional training, accreditation support, compliance consulting, learnership implementation, workplace skills development, occupational health and safety training, and related business services within South Africa.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing any service from us, you confirm that:

  1. Course Registration and Enrolment

Registration for any course, workshop, programme, or service is subject to availability.

Enrolment will only be confirmed once:

  • The required registration information has been received; and
  • Payment has been received in full unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrolments where necessary.

  1. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Payments must be made using the approved payment methods provided.

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend pricing at any time;
  • Correct pricing errors;
  • Decline services where payment has not been received.

Any quotation issued by Caleb’s remains valid for the period specified in the quotation.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Training Courses

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Cancellations received more than 14 days before the training date may qualify for a refund or transfer.
  • Cancellations received less than 14 days before the training date may incur administrative charges.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior written notice.

Consulting and Accreditation Services

Consulting, accreditation, and compliance-related services may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refunds for these services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Course Changes and Postponements

We reserve the right to:

  • Change course dates, venues, facilitators, or delivery methods;
  • Postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or operational requirements.

Where a course is cancelled by us, participants may choose:

  • A transfer to another date;
  • Credit towards another service; or
  • A refund of fees paid for the cancelled training.
  1. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information;
  • Attend training sessions punctually;
  • Behave respectfully toward facilitators and other participants;
  • Comply with all health, safety, and venue requirements.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or unsafe.

  1. Intellectual Property

All training materials, documents, presentations, manuals, assessments, templates, methodologies, website content, graphics, logos, and course resources remain the intellectual property of Caleb’s unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy;
  • Reproduce;
  • Distribute;
  • Modify;
  • Sell; or
  • Share

any materials without our prior written consent.

Materials supplied during training are for the participant’s personal or organisational use only.

You agree not to:

  • QCTO accreditation approval;
  • SETA funding approval;
  • Grant approvals;
  • Learnership registrations;
  • Employment opportunities;
  • Specific business outcomes or results.

Final decisions remain with the relevant regulatory authorities and organisations.

  1. Privacy

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  1. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
